Legal services are provided only by lawyers qualified in the relevant jurisdiction. The founder, Vadym Startsun, is a certified advocate.
References on this website to international, cross-border or multi-jurisdiction work describe our role in structuring and coordinating matters. They do not mean that Startsun Law Company or its lawyers are qualified to practise law in every jurisdiction mentioned. Where a matter requires advice under the law of another jurisdiction, we work with — and, where appropriate, instruct on the client's behalf — independent local counsel qualified in that jurisdiction.
