General Counsel (in-house) of an international group working in real estate tokenization, digital assets and payments across the US, the BVI, the Cayman Islands, Indonesia, the EU and Canada. Reports to the founding partners, leads an in-house team of four lawyers and coordinates external law firms.

- Offshore fund and token structures (BVI, Cayman Islands, El Salvador)
- Licensing and registration — MSB and PSP (Canada, incl. FINTRAC), DASP (El Salvador), CASP (EU)
